Case Study - Family Law
Ellis Law had the legal craft. They didn't have the voice or the visibility. We built a three-phase system across content, brand, and paid media that turned a quiet local practice into the most recognizable family law name in their market.

Ellis Law came to us wanting to breathe new life into their social presence, brand, and messaging, and to bring in new clients through digital advertising. The expertise was already there. The visibility was not.
They needed a way to show the depth of their legal craft while still leading with the empathy and compassion their clients walk in with. We built a three-phase plan around authority, brand, and performance, then ran it together.

Family law lives at the hardest moments of people's lives. The firm needed a brand and a feed that felt as steady, warm, and capable as the work itself - and an acquisition engine that could keep the phones ringing while they did it.
Phase 01 - Authority
Ellis Law had almost no presence on social. We built a brand strategy anchored to a structured monthly content calendar so posting could finally be consistent, and so the firm's expertise across every major family law topic had a place to live.
Then we went further than any firm in their region had: high-impact short-form video answering the questions real clients ask, spotlighting the attorneys themselves, shipped across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
SEO-driven blog content was repurposed into carousels for social, extending its life and reach. A monthly email newsletter featuring attorney interviews tied it all together, with excerpts amplified back out to social to keep the firm's voice in the feed.

Key Insight
Sales pitches feel dry and impersonal. Storytelling does the opposite - it warms the room. We helped Ellis tell the story of their firm and how their work actually changes the trajectory of the families who walk through their door.
Phase 02 - Brand
We reimagined the website design, the flow, and the way Ellis Law shows up to prospective family law clients - translating how they listen, how they read a situation, and how they walk into the next phase of life alongside their clients into typography, imagery, and a refreshed identity system.

Phase 03 - Performance
With a modest budget over six months, a Performance Max campaign drove 68 conversions - mostly inbound calls - at a 4.14% CTR and $0.75 per click. The top Google Search campaign converted at 9.56% at $24.10 per conversion. Across all Google campaigns, the firm cleared 320+ conversions.
In a single month, Google Ads alone generated $20,000 in revenue. Across a three-month stretch, ad-driven revenue cleared $100,000 - a 1,000%+ ROAS. Social compounded it: 85,847 YouTube views, 78,000 on Facebook, 24,000 on Instagram, and a TikTok account that crossed 57,692 video views reaching 41,349 users.

The Result
The visibility was real - clients started telling Ellis Law they were seeing the firm "everywhere online." More importantly, revenue growth let the firm hire additional attorneys to handle case overflow.
The three-phase playbook - authority, brand, performance - is a blueprint any local business can run to scale in a digital-first market. Immediate traffic, sustainable long-term growth, and a brand that finally looks the way the work feels.
